We’re seeking a confident virtual assistant who can be flexible and work in all areas of the business. This can include customer service, community management, and content creation. 

We are committed to helping people create their best life by learning how to finally take control of their life and their money once and for all. 

This position’s primary focus is to create an organized and supportive environment for our team and our business as a whole. The role is also a support role for our founder, to help her stay organized and on task as she creates new content (both paid and free) to support her audience and clients.

This is a part time remote position, with the possibility to grow into a full time position

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR VIRTUAL ASSISTANT...

  1. You’re fired up about our mission to help our students get the tools, clarity, and support they need to build wealth and reach financial freedom while creating fulfilling lives along the way. We want to put people in charge of what’s most important–their time, their money, and their life.
  2. You are a strong writer and communicator. In this position you’ll be communicating with our students, community + the team.
  3. You lead with empathy and have high emotional intelligence. You enjoy talking to people (both verbally and in writing) and giving/getting direction, and are able to do it with love + empathy…even if you’re having a tough day. High emotional intelligence is vital to this role, as is the ability to have difficult conversations with our students from time to time when they hit a wall and need some tough love.
  4. You are meticulous in your work and pay attention to the details. You take the time to get things done right. You double and triple check your work. And you have an eye for the bigger picture + how things fit together and be able to nail the details that match, and get them done efficiently.
  5. You need to be comfortable on Zoom. Since we are entirely virtual all of our meetings + coaching sessions take place on zoom. The expectation is that you are available with video to participate.
  6. You can take charge of an idea and make it happen. You’re really good at taking a wisp of an idea, or a casual comment from a client and turning it into a resource that drives results for the company.
  7. You share our company values. We believe Black Lives Matter, we stand for LGBTQ+ rights, and we are actively investing in and working to build an equitable, inclusive, anti-racist company from the inside out. We encourage you to apply if you share those values. it might be more like 25-35. Then as you start to get more familiar with our business, we’d love for you to join us full-time. 

This role is the perfect fit for someone who wants to work with a dynamic team and support some pretty amazing students. You know that not everything is going to be easy and sometimes we need to roll up our sleeves to get down to business so our students can get the highest value out of everything we create.

NOW HERE'S A FEW DETAILS ABOUT US THAT YOU MIGHT LIKE TO KNOW…

  • Our office is virtual, which means you can wear anything you want! You can do amazing work from the comfort of your couch or bed, all the while saving money on ‘work clothes’ and transportation. All we ask is that you’re available for our weekly team meetings. 
  • The work is fun, stimulating, and exciting. You’ll be working directly with our team and clients, helping us with a mix of projects to improve our content. 
  • We want to make sure you’re working stress-free. While we expect you to work efficiently and get things done, open communication is important to us. We focus on getting things done right the first time, which is why you need to take charge and get things done the best way you know how!
  • The hours are flexible + we support families. We will work with your schedule to develop a routine that works for you and your life. We know that things happen and life isn’t perfect, so let us know and we’ll figure it out! But we prefer that you’re within 3+/- hours of Eastern Time zone, as our company operates in EST. 
  • You will experience things, grow, and make decisions that no other virtual assistant would allow you to do. You are able to dictate the work that you do and help guide the direction of our students’ success.
  • We encourage your intrapreneurial drive. We want you to take charge and be creative to get the results. There will be plenty of opportunities to bring your ideas to the table and boss us around when you need to get things done!

In short, your job is to help us in any way you can drive our mission forward + continue to improve the experience and results for our clients.  And to have fun at work, lots of fun (who wants a job that isn’t fun?!?). 

But what we don’t expect is perfection for you to qualify for this job. Tools are teachable, but we do expect you to have a solid understanding of the online business world and a keen interest in transformative coaching. We expect intelligence, energy, organization, resourcefulness and a get-it-done attitude.

HERE'S SOME THINGS YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Prepare podcast & video show episodes for weekly distribution
  • Manage social media accounts – this includes responding to comments, scheduling posts, and keeping track of analytics.
  • Manage team schedules and calendars to keep the team up-to-date on important events for content or projects.
  • Write and review email materials and blog posts prior to distribution for accuracy. 
  • Manage customer service via our help desk software and email addresses 
  • Help to create and document all company processes/systems to be used as a resource for future hires. 
  • Navigate our online marketing platforms (Kajabi, SamCart, Ontraport and more) and assist other team members as necessary. We will train you on these programs!
  • Maintain all program content through the uploading and management of videos, PDFs, audio recordings, and other resources made available to customers and clients.
  • Manage client and customer Facebook Groups to include admitting new members, moderating group activities, and responding to customer and client questions

    *There may be other tasks that you need to handle at any given time, so stay flexible!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent writing skills
  • High-level communication and organizational  skills
  • Innovative and able to take initiative
  • Have emotional intelligence
  • Be confident on Zoom calls
  • Willingness to follow and create systems + processes
  • Be an independent, self-starter who executes tasks on time and with a high level of attention to detail!
  • Comfortable with having difficult conversations
  • Highly organized
  • Able to consistently understand the intent and vision of the CEO, work as a sounding board for the CEO
  • Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

We’re looking for a creative thinker with an analytical mind who can both conceptualize content and have the organizational skills to create a plan of action.

  • You're an effective communicator, especially in writing, and have a knack for taking big concepts and breaking them down so they're easy for people to understand
  • You can collaborate with the team to meet business goals
  • You are nimble and adaptable to fill gaps we have and identify as we grow.
  • You are a thinker AND a doer. This position is a mix of both. You can come up with effective strategies and you also don't hesitate to jump in and implement
  • You are incredibly organized and can work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • You can spot a typo from a mile away
  • You can proactively engage to move projects and business operations forward, even when we are launching

  • This is a part-time position. The hours would start around 15 hours a week and are likely to grow into a full-time position over the next 6 months. 
  • This is a virtual position, so you can work wherever is the most comfortable — but we’d prefer someone who is within 3 hours +/- of the Eastern Time zone. 

In addition to being a detailed, motivated individual, you must follow systems and processes.
